I purchased a item from SysNano on November 24, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elisha Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
