Expert Homes provided defective product

On August 31, 2019, I signed up for Expert Homes's return process at their West Letha, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $202.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lafayette D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
