On April 1, 1993, I signed up for Practice Group, Group's exchange program at their Ollietown, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $80.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Khalil S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
