I have been a loyal customer of NexusSmart for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-6135-MZR-6466) on March 12, 2008, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
