I am writing regarding order #ORD-7295-GHT-6895 placed with SelectGoods Ltd. on August 30, 1973. I paid $600.59 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Harold Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
