I am writing regarding order #ORD-6632-LXJ-1372 placed with Defense Firm, Firm Group on April 10, 1971. I paid $248.84 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Urban G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
