False promises made by Quality Store LLC representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4489-AGV-1459 placed with Quality Store LLC on August 18, 2004. I paid $872.29 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Samson B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
