System crash after Data Interfaces International product update

On November 7, 1975, I signed up for Data Interfaces International's upgrade service at their East Leonardbury, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $466.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyril N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
