Frustrated with Data Interfaces International's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9506-EOT-4639 placed with Data Interfaces International on August 30, 1999. I paid $44.4 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erling E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
