I purchased a appliance from Web-App on March 1, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brennon Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
