Delayed delivery from Craft & Kitchen LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9261-AUX-1901 placed with Craft & Kitchen LLC on May 13, 1978. I paid $74.83 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosie J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
