I purchased a package from Law Counsel of Professional Nakhon Ratchasima on January 6, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Patrick Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
