I purchased a application from DataTech Interfaces Group on November 13, 2009. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kim L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
