Warranty claim denied by CloudCore

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1230-BUM-1136 placed with CloudCore on February 10, 2008. I paid $948.80 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Abner G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
