Super Retail World Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

On November 11, 1990, I signed up for Super Retail World Ltd.'s customer support at their VonRuedenchester, Texas location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $669.38, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ona Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
