On February 6, 1986, I signed up for Properties of Choice's customer support at their Ortizberg, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $561.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maida L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
