Hidden fees discovered from Easy Store

I purchased a membership from Easy Store on July 28, 1999. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chaim S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
