Poor customer service experience with Feast Group LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7568-JZC-9961 placed with Feast Group LLC on December 23, 2006. I paid $732.5 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jameson D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
