Billing dispute with Feast Group LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2633-NHQ-6101 placed with Feast Group LLC on December 27, 2011. I paid $43.89 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ashlynn U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
