Warranty claim denied by SecurePulse Studios

On March 20, 2024, I signed up for SecurePulse Studios's upgrade service at their Lake Aleneport, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $31.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gerson W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
