I purchased a accessory from The Integrated Practice Solutions Semarang on February 9, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Franz O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
