Refund refused by Complete Wellness Practice

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4756-FCD-4074 placed with Complete Wellness Practice on October 9, 2006. I paid $179.15 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Okey S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
