Unsatisfactory resolution from LifePhysicians

On July 13, 2001, I signed up for LifePhysicians's return process at their Makennaberg, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $253.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maegan J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
