False promises made by LifePhysicians representative

On November 29, 1981, I signed up for LifePhysicians's exchange program at their O'Reillyborough, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $63.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lexi Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
