On February 4, 1987, I signed up for Intellect Minds of Excellence Enterprises's technical assistance at their South Cathy, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $509.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jacques U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
