I am writing regarding order #ORD-8582-MXX-6043 placed with Precise Practice Associates on March 21, 1976. I paid $159.81 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jerad Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
