I want to report a serious concern with Market Spot Enterprises's subscription that I purchased on July 11, 1975 from your Lake Mary, Maryland store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jailyn R., but my issue remains unresolved.
