False promises made by Market Spot Enterprises representative

I want to report a serious concern with Market Spot Enterprises's platform that I purchased on August 2, 1998 from your North Katelynn, Georgia store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Clifton S., but my issue remains unresolved.
