Quality issues with Defense, Defense & Team Enterprises product

On August 25, 2009, I signed up for Defense, Defense & Team Enterprises's exchange program at their Port Romaineborough, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $909.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Creola V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
