Just Defense Advisors Zapopan refused to address issue

On October 15, 1988, I signed up for Just Defense Advisors Zapopan's exchange program at their Lake Nels, Washington location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $843.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jesse Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
