I purchased a item from Mega Bazaar on July 17, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Morris I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
