I want to report a serious concern with CodeFusion Group's subscription that I purchased on October 20, 2008 from your South Ricardoview, Montana store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Adelbert V., but my issue remains unresolved.
