I have been a loyal customer of PrimeMarket for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9537-NXG-9808) on December 31, 2000, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
