I have been a loyal customer of Legal Firm of Strategic Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-1348-VCL-2212) on June 1, 2005, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
