I have been a loyal customer of SmartSkills for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-5059-SMH-6868) on November 30, 1982, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
