Unsatisfactory resolution from Select Homes Ventures Hougang

I purchased a plan from Select Homes Ventures Hougang on February 16, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Madisyn Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
