I want to report a serious concern with Medical Institute's device that I purchased on June 12, 2001 from your New Clara, District of Columbia store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rae T., but my issue remains unresolved.
