Hidden fees discovered from The Urban Goods LLC

On September 17, 1971, I signed up for The Urban Goods LLC's troubleshooting service at their New Traceyhaven, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $926.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elian W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
