Frustrated with Select Group's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1325-MOM-2246 placed with Select Group on September 29, 1979. I paid $833.29 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brennan U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
