I have been a loyal customer of TechSmart for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-3206-MYN-8366) on September 21, 1995, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
