I have been a loyal customer of Law Team International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6854-OCW-9072) on May 23, 1972, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
