Warranty claim denied by Counsel & Practice Montpellier

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6201-XQG-3989 placed with Counsel & Practice Montpellier on December 21, 1990. I paid $52.83 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Daniela T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
