I purchased a appliance from Fresh Shoppe Holdings on January 6, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rene T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
