Quality Estates failed to honor their commitment

On June 15, 2011, I signed up for Quality Estates's exchange program at their New Caroleview, Louisiana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $33.7, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mariana A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
