I purchased a gadget from Hyper-Bot on May 8, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Miguel L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
