I have been a loyal customer of Gastro & Delights Seattle for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-9869-HGM-4244) on December 2, 2012, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
