I have been a loyal customer of UltraPulse for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-5322-LAK-5848) on June 10, 2011, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
