I purchased a package from NexusCyber on March 24, 1994. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaylin E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
