Delayed delivery from Fast Finds

On May 5, 1986, I signed up for Fast Finds's support package at their Emiliastad, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $894.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tommie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
