Micro Computing Turin Group refused to address issue

On May 29, 2005, I signed up for Micro Computing Turin Group's training session at their Darlenetown, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $469.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lucy L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
